The Opportunity

Communications and Change Management Consultant required for a leading Global Consulting Firm leading the development of change and communications management strategies, and the execution of related deliverables.

The Role

  • Sell, develop and implement custom communication and change management strategies and plans for a broad range of HR programs, largely focused on total rewards, talent, retirement, benefits and wellbeing elements
  • Ensure that project managers are maintaining team progress against established budget, timeline and quality standards
  • Oversee communication projects in various media, and on a broad array of HR topics including organizational change, rewards and talent management as well as traditional employee-related HR communication, including retirement planning, culture and/or leadership change
  • Work collaboratively with clients, project managers and teams to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Meet annual revenue goals
  • Actively participate in and lead new business opportunities with clients and prospects, including cross-selling to existing clients

Candidate Profile / Experience

  • Advanced degree in PR, Comms, Marketing or Journalism
  • Communications and change experience ideally within a consultancy environment
  • Superior written communication skills
  • Experience working with Graphic Designer to craft the comms platform
  • Strong Client Relationship and interpersonal skills
