Company Secretary, Corporate, Top 6 Firm (3-5 years’ experience)

On behalf of our client & due to continued growth, Red Tree Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Company Secretary with between 3 to 5 years’ experience to join this tier one rated corporate team.

You will join a settled team with a strong mix of experience and a pleasant and collegiate atmosphere.

This is a team based role where you will work alongside corporate lawyers with responsibility for the corporate compliance and company secretarial services for international clients.

Clients include the majority of the Fortune 100 companies, global technology brands and a large selection of the world largest banks.

Candidate Profile / Experience

  • You will be a Company Secretary with between 3 – 5 years’ experience.
  • You have a superb eye for detail
  • You are highly organised and able to structure and work to robust processes
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative as this role will offer both team work as well as autonomy
