HR Manager/Consultant | Dublin South
On behalf of our client, Red Tree is recruiting a HR professional to join this Management Consulting team at Manager Level. The successful candidate will play a lead role in the provision of HR Advisory and strategic HR services to a broad range clients. Ideal candidates will be commercially focused with 5+ years’ experience working in a HR Specialist and/or HR Consulting role.
- Providing advice in areas such as employment law, HR policies & procedures and performance management, and supporting clients through the effective handling of employee relations issues, including grievance, disciplinary and termination matters;
- Delivering end to end recruitment solutions professionally and quality focused;
- Conducting research to provide market intelligence in areas such as compensation & benefits, performance management and other talent management trends;
- Assisting in the delivery of workplace investigations as well as a range of other interventions including facilitation and mediation;
- Leading business development activities including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns and delivering successful client pitches.
Candidate Profile / Experience
- 5+ years ’ HR experience, a mix of HR Practioner and Consulting experience is idea;
- Relevant HR or Business third level qualification and full membership of the CIPD;
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice in Ireland;
- Ideally some experience working in/with the public sector;
- Excellent report writing skills and experience in research methodologies;
- Ability to foster trusted relationships with our clients, combined with strong commercial acumen and expertise;
- Team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
