The Opportunity

Regulatory Lawyer, Commercial Firm (2 years’ + PQE)

On behalf of our client and due to continued growth, Red Tree Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Regulatory Lawyer for this commercial firm.

The role will involve advising domestic and international clients on their obligations under Irish & EU financial services and on Central Bank requirements. The team also provide advice to clients on contentious matters.

The successful candidate will join a friendly and informal team which is noted for its entrepreneurial flair and business focus.

In addition the firm are renowned for the support that they provide fee earners & there are genuine opportunities for career progression for the successful candidate based on merit.

Candidate Profile / Experience

  • Qualified Lawyer with 2 years’ + post qualified experience gained in some of the following financial services regulatory matters including: MiFID/AIFM/UCITS/IIA/Banking; Payment Services; Insurance gained in a leading, mid-tier or UK firm or in-house environment.
  • Aside from having strong academics, you will be confident & ambitious with a ‘can do’ attitude’
